my offerings are ways into the work I do with others to guide them embodying liberation from their bodies' (physical/causal, emotional/mental, spiritual/subtle, social/political).
all of what i offer is inextricably linked to my training/education, experience/wisdom, curiosity/creativity, and the belief that i have that every body (soul in a form/body) is sovereign and connected. And all of what i offer sustains me and my work energetically- energy in all of its expressions.

a 55-minute online session for those called to restore your inner environment through reiki’s universal life energy. we’ll begin with a brief check-in, flow into silent or guided reiki (honoring your sensitivity to energy), and close with reflections. Ideal for:highly sensitive people (hps’s) or empaths needing energetic recalibration.

prerequisite: familiarity with my work or experience with mentorship practice.a 90-minute session for those ready to deepen movement beyond form. we’ll explore physical, energetic, or spiritual layers of your practice through:

patient inquiry
and closing with any sharing or questions you may have. these sessions are booked for 90 minutes and are open to anyone familiar with me and my work, who has experience with a mentor, and is aligned with embodying liberation as a way of being in our world.

síofra
embodied liberation guide
síofra (she/they) is a student of liberatory practices: she lives in her body and vacations in her mind. she is black nipmuc of irsh descent. they are an embodied liberation teacher, certified hatha and yoga therapeutics teacher, reiki 2 practitioner, fire keeper and guide/mentor to healers, teachers, leaders, activists and artist . she works with individuals and groups who do the work of healing and education. the aim of their work is support and resource embodied liberation in our relationships and our structures. they also work on lama rod owens’ team as the teaching and learning guide.
