the energy of reiki is wise and universal- the energy knows where and how to flow. during our session the invitation for you is to find a place that supports you in receiving the energy and to have the conditions you need in your space to focus on receiving. what that looks like you decide from the place and time you will receive, as you welcome the energy.

when you enter in the session space online, i will invite you to share what you would like to center the session around and anything around that center that feels important for you to let me know. this will be for the first few minutes of our session.

we will then transition to the flowing of the reiki and you will receive that flow. i begin by setting the intension and establishing and resourcing the energy and space for the reiki. then the reiki will begin to flow- this will be much of the session. this time is non-verbal. if you need to communicate during this time that is welcome. what is import is that you are receiving the reiki and being in way that allows you to be open and receptive to the energy.

to close the session i will release the flow of energy from me to you, offer gratitude, and ground you back to our time together. before we leave our online session i will invite you to share anything you want to about your experience, to ask any questions you have, and/or any other response you have from our session.

the reiki remains with you and will unfold over time. reiki is wise and universal life force- it knows.
