group reiki session with síofra

come and receive the supportive and healing of reiki in a small group, online, setting. these session are focused on receiving the reiki while in a community focused on care. you don’t have to do anything or be any way, you only need to be open to receive- the reiki will do the rest.

all four sessions

  • this is a 30-min group reiki session

    • we will begin with checking in the chat (either to the group or directly to me)

    • i will guide the group in a grounding and centering mediation

    • after the mediation, i will begin to flow the reiki to everyone who is present in the session. (this will be what much of the session will focus on)

    • i will guide the group in a grounding practice

    • we will end with checking in the chat (either to the group or directly to me)*

    *this will be a non-verbal session. if someone needs to check in verbally i will be available to meet with you after the group session.

    1. please read and sign my reiki consent form

    2. prepare yourself to receive reiki

      place: choose a cozy place for you to sit/lay/lean for the entire session

      space: create a space (physical/energetic/mental/etc) where you feel most receptive and supportive

      transition: take as much time and space as you need to move in and out of the session

    1. give yourself as much time as you need to ground and integrate what you have received (some suggestions: drink water or eat something, gentle movement, walk in nature)

    2. take a couple min. to free write about anything you received or noticed during your session

    3. allow the energy of reiki to unfold over time; be curious and open to the ways the healing life force of reiki continues to be with you.
