we can choose to embody the light in dark times even in the midst of darkness around us, in our world, and even with us.
thank you for joining us- me and our guide, brigid- the goddess, the durid/priestess and the saint for this 40 days of practice of embodying the light in dark times around and within us.
we will practice daily for 40 days. whether you attend our daily sessions at 8a et together or practice asynchronistically, this invitation is remain devoted to your practice in whatever expression it takes.
during our guided daily session, i will offer a a 20-minute guided ritual and journey of meditation, guided flame tending practice and stillness with the flame and bhride. we will also weave in a grounding/centering practices before embarking on the work with brigid as keeper of the flame.
you do not need prior meditation experience or knowledge/experience of brigid needed.

during our 40 days of daily devoted we will create a practice space in our own space to ground and expand into the light within to conjure and cultivate our fortitude, clarity and strength.
with brigid as our guide, our role model, and síofra as our guide, our mentor, we will sit daily in practice for 20 min- together live or on your own, asynchronously. if you come to the live practice there will be an optional 10-20 min sharing/q&a after the practice.
the guidance offered during each practice session will be focused embodying the inner light within you in collaboration with brigid’s flame as a way of cultivating fortitude, strength, and clarity from within.

offer some grounding practice and time for you to settle in and check within (journaling/free-writing /chat/spacious silence)

sovereignty: being faithful to yourself as you practice and allowing others to do the same
connection: maintaining the connections you need to the people/communities, places, practices and other resources that support you in and outside of this practice and allowing others to do the same
courage: opening to what you need and trusting what you receive as you practice and allowing others to do the same.
devotion: showing up and committing to being open and honest and allowing others to do the same.
